Location: Cote d’Ivoire

What does our software do?

Main Duties

  • Establish and manage projects and partnerships with cooperatives, provide farmer training, digitalisation and operational support.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across agribusinesses, development partners, and cooperatives.
  • Support sales and offtake of agricultural commodities.
  • Maintain CRM records, track performance and provide market feedback to inform strategy.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years in project management and/or agricultural commodity sales, preferably in supply chains or emerging markets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with agricultural value chains, farmer cooperatives, and digital transformation trends in Africa.
  • Experience managing projects, partnerships, or programs in the agricultural sector.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and remote collaboration tools; quick to learn and explain digital platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and manage long sales cycles.
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Full professional fluency in English and French.
