Location: Bulenga, Upper West Region, Ghana
Start Date: Immediately

What does our software do?

Main Duties

  • Conducts periodic stock count and verification in assigned warehouses and agents storage facilities to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee and ensure proper stacking and handling of stock in accordance with the company’s warehouse standards.
  • Manages and engages teams including agents, warehouse handlers, tricycle operators, third-party logistic partners, council ticketeer, and warehouse landlords to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse documentation, including waybills, stock releases, GRN/delivery notes, stock sheet, etc.
  • Ensures warehouse and product quality tsnadards are consistently met, including cleanliness, safety, and proper stock condition.
  • Supervise all loading and offloading activities to prevent stock losses, damage and operational delays.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports on warehouse activities, inventory activities, inventory management and operational issues to the Logistics Manager.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Diploma/Higher National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety, stock handling standards, and inventory conytrol systems.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills for managing inventpory and financial documentation.
  • Conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence to handle disputes and maintain morale.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ioperational priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
