What does our software do?

Main Duties

  • Support field activities including data collection, farmer engagement, and project rollouts.
  • Support training and onboarding of field agents, community facilitators, and cooperative leaders.
  • Monitor progress and provide timely field reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure field activities comply with company standards, partner agreements, and environmental/social safeguards.
  • Conduct periodic audits and verification of field data to maintain integrity and traceability.
  • Track compliance metrics and document corrective actions when needed.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Unit to implement new and ongoing projects.
  • Translate project proposals into actionable field implementation plans.
  • Gather field insights and data to support project reports, proposals, and partner communications.
  • Support data validation and impact measurement through TreeSyt and other tools.
  • Ensure operational logistics (materials, tools, and reporting) are efficiently managed.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Environmental Science, Rural Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in field operations, compliance, or project coordination (preferably in agritech, NGO, or sustainability sectors).
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards (ESG, traceability, donor reporting, or certifications).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to field locations and work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or data collection tools (e.g., Power BI)
