Location: Wa, Upper West Region, Ghana

What does our software do?

Main Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee daily corporate operational activities and internal projects.
  • Support event organisation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise cleaning and security personnel to maintain a safe and professional working environment.
  • Coordinate shea butter and value-added product orders with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with Finance, Human Resources, Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless operational coordination.
  • Manage travel plans and itineraries for corporate guests and visitors.
  • Oversee office administration, facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and workplace management activities.
  • Manage staff accommodation, including room allocation, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate lunch services for office staff and monitor vendor performance.
  • Manage relationships with service providers including catering, cleaning, security, and maintenance vendors.
  • Conduct operational research and support compliance and documentation management.
  • Prepare operational reports and monitor operational expenses to support efficiency and cost control initiatives.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience in operations, administration, office management, or corporate services.
  • Strong experience managing vendors, facilities, logistics, and administrative operations.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and reporting tools.
