Location: Tuna, Savannah Region, Ghana

What does our software do?

Main Duties

  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of commodities to warehouse and clients in accordance with schedules provided by the Fleet Manager.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to maintain commodity quality.
  • Operates cargo trucks in compliance with Ghanaian traffic regulations and company safety policies.

  • Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details

Qualification/Requirements

  • Minimum of a Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience, preferably with cargo trucks or heavy duty vehicles.
  • Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record.
  • Proven ability to operate and maintain cargo trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report vehicle issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with farmer groups and field agents.
  • Ability to read and write in English; proficiency in local languages spoken in the Northern Regions (e.g., Dagbani, Gonja, or Mampruli) is an advantage.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules.
