What does our software do?

Main Duties

Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of commodities to warehouse and clients in accordance with schedules provided by the Fleet Manager.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to maintain commodity quality.
Operates cargo trucks in compliance with Ghanaian traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Operates cargo trucks in compliance with Ghanaian traffic regulations and company safety policies.
Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details

Qualification/Requirements

Minimum of a Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving experience, preferably with cargo trucks or heavy duty vehicles.
Valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Class D or higher) with a clean driving record.
Proven ability to operate and maintain cargo trucks safely and efficiently.
Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report vehicle issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with farmer groups and field agents.
Ability to read and write in English; proficiency in local languages spoken in the Northern Regions (e.g., Dagbani, Gonja, or Mampruli) is an advantage.
Strong time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules.
